I have been practicing as a relational and integrative psychotherapist since 2015. I completed my Masters Degree in Psychology in Education (Clinical Psychology) from Columbia University, New York on the Fulbright Scholarship. I also have a Certificate, Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Counseling and a Supervision Diploma accredited by CPCAB UK. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy.

Over the years I have done additional trainings with some of the best training institutes in the world including Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles (GATLA – Summer Residential Programs in Europe), New York Center for Jungian Studies, Assisi Institute: The International Center for the Study of Archetypal Patterns and Confer UK.  

I work with adult individuals, in short and long-term psychotherapy, who are interested in a deeper experience of life and relationships. I have worked with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, issues of gender and sexuality, negotiating challenging life transitions, trauma, abuse, grief, bereavement, spirituality and existential questions.

I work relationally providing a confidential and nonjudgmental space to my clients. I work collaboratively with clients and offer a reflective space for building self-awareness to work through past or present challenges.
