About

I’m a relational and integrative psychotherapist, and I’ve been practicing for over fifteen years. My approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and the courage to turn inward.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology in Education (Clinical Psychology) from Columbia University, New York, where I studied on a Fulbright Scholarship. My training also includes a Certificate, Diploma, and Advanced Diploma in Counseling, as well as a Supervision Diploma, accredited by CPCAB UK. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Over the years, I’ve deepened my practice through further study with leading international institutes, including Gestalt Associates Training Los Angeles (GATLA), the New York Center for Jungian Studies, the Assisi Institute for Archetypal Studies, and Confer UK. These experiences continue to shape the lens through which I work—drawing on Jungian, Gestalt, and depth-oriented perspectives.

I work with adult individuals—often those drawn to explore life more deeply, especially during moments of change, uncertainty, or inner conflict. I have supported clients navigating depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, questions around gender and sexuality, trauma, loss, spiritual longing, and existential inquiry.

At the heart of my work is a relational approach: I offer a confidential, non-judgmental space where we can think together about your inner world. Whether you’re seeking clarity, healing, or a richer sense of self, I offer a reflective, collaborative space to support your journey.
