About

Fifteen years of relational, integrative practice

My approach is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and the courage to turn inward.

I work with adults, couples, and families, often those drawn to explore life more deeply during moments of change, uncertainty, transition or inner conflict. My work supports people navigating depression, anxiety, relationship and family difficulties, trauma, loss, questions around identity, gender and sexuality, spiritual longing, and existential concerns. Whether working with individuals, couples or family systems, I aim to create a reflective space where greater understanding, connection, and meaningful change can emerge.

Approach

Listening to the deeper movements of the psyche

"The main interest of my work is not concerned with the treatment of neurosis but rather with the approach to the numinous. But the fact is that the approach to the numinous is the real therapy, and inasmuch as you attain to the numinous experiences you are released from the curse of pathology." — C.G. Jung

My work draws from psychodynamic and humanistic traditions. At its core, therapy is about creating a space of trust, compassion, and respect — where something meaningful can unfold in relationship.

Much of what shapes us operates outside conscious awareness. A central part of the work is gently bringing those patterns into view — noticing the unconscious dynamics that show up in thoughts, emotions, dreams, bodily sensations, and relationships — with curiosity rather than judgment.

The therapeutic space — trust, compassion, respect

Dreams & the symbolic

Jungian and depth-oriented perspectives, where even distress can carry symbolic meaning.

Mind & body as one

Symptoms understood as part of a larger, interconnected whole — often speaking to something unspoken.

Crisis as threshold

A particular interest in spirituality and life-threatening illness; crisis, though painful, often carries the seed of transformation.

"In all chaos there is a cosmos,
in all disorder a secret order." — C.G. Jung
